ArRashid✭✭✭✭They remain placed in the Vampire skill line, you just lose access to it. To get those points back, you need to respec before or after curing yourself to get them back.. though unless you direly need those few points, it's better to save your gold..
there's enough skill points to put them in almost every single skill and passive.. so unless you want to learn to fight with all weapons and master every single profession (which is impossible with our glorious microbanks), you won't need those few points.0
