Mundus stones

Can anyone explain how this system works? I never found any good explanation..

Just that when I touch the stone, I get a buff that seemingly doesn't work at all.

I figured it probably works from the next relog (because after activating Lady stone I got the same amount of armor as before). I have noticed the "old" stone effect deactivating though - my stamina decreased when I activated crit dmg stone (though crit damage is not displayed so who *** knows if it even works - and if it works for spells too)

The other thing are "Divines" traits on armor, which by default (white armor) increase Mundus stone effect by 4%...

1. Anyone ever measured how much of that stat you get from which stone?
2. Anyone knows if the Divines trait is additive or multiplicative or something totally different

(provided base mundus effect is also a percentage - let's say, idk, that The Tower adds 4% max stamina, and each Divines part also gives you 4% each, for a total of 32% max stamina - which seems WAY too much, or each Divines part increases base by 4%, so it's 4%+0.28%=4.28% which now seems WAY too low..)

This system is really *** confusing right now.. the only thing I was able to get was which stat is increased by which stone, but not how much:
The Warrior Increases Power.
The Mage Increases max Magicka.
The Thief Increases critical hit chance.
The Serpent Increases non-combat health regeneration.
The Lady Increases armor.
The Steed Increases run speed.
The Lord Increases max Health.
The Apprentice Increases Spell Penetration.
The Atronach Increases Magicka regeneration.
The Ritual Increases healing effectiveness.
The Lover Reduces damage taken from spells.
The Shadow Increases critical strike damage.
The Tower Increases max Stamina.

Since my gaming machine is currently broken (fan bearings -> whole gaming laptop is unusable till I get a new fan) and all I have left are a tablet and a 9 year old laptop that's BARELY (2-9 fps) running ESO on minimum details, I'm not really in a mood to venture out and test it.. I barely have the inner strength to endure long enough ingame to feed horses and set up researches..

Sadly, I think the stat changes just aren't displayed. It's one of those 'minimalist UI' choices ESO seems to be fond of. Also, I believe that the bonuses you're talking about for stone/Divines are on the smaller side of things.

That said, it is possible that if the bonuses are added after the fact, the stat bonuses may not be affected by the usual soft/hard cap. I can't say that for certain though. Can anyone confirm?

I will also note that stats from some mundus stones are not displaying correctly on the character screen. They are supposedly working, just not displaying. I believe there are fixing this though. I think I saw something in the patch notes about it.
Worstluck - Breton Nightblade "Some of us refused to bow. We knew the old ways would lead us back to having a kingdom of our own."
    ―Madanach
Elfluck - Dunmer Dragonknight "When I will walk the earth again, the Faithful among you shall receive your reward: to be set above all other mortals forever. As for the rest: the weak shall be winnowed: the timid shall be cast down: the mighty shall tremble at my feet and pray for pardon."
    ―Mehrunes Dagon
Deadluck -Imperial Templar "Men are but flesh and blood. They know their doom, but not the hour"
    ―Uriel Septim

Well, if they won't make the system understandable (and strong enough), people will just stay at full Infused gear to maximize enchant power, which is currently THE ONLY VIABLE CHOICE. Divines would theoretically have the capacity to influence some players, if the bonus was good enough, and that's kinda all. No other trait is worth crafting on armor.

Same as Precise on Weapons.. The other traits just seem way worse (Weighted COULD be good, but current weapon mechanics - aka no autoattack, just occasional heavy/light - are just making it really, really, really damn weak, along with other traits. Crit on the other hand is needed by everyone (although some tanks might want Defending).
