Why are all the mouths crooked?!?

It's been like this since beta... why has this ridiculous thing not been fixed yet? Almost every NPC I talk to has crooked mouths... it was funny at first, but now it is just distracting...

Sarenia✭✭✭✭✭It isn't a hardware or driver issue. The bones of the figure become skewed at random intervals during dialogue. It seems to happen very rarely though.

I know you can make brows a little crooked and there is an 'eye squint' customisation, but that mouth's taking facial quirks too far (not implying it is deliberate).0 -

The OMG STARE AT SKY EPILEPTIC FIT happens a little less often, and that one always gets an actual LOL from me. These are the kind of bugs that tell me yes, this is indeed an Elder Scrolls game. Finally someone notices! I've commented this to my guild many times and no one seems to notice. In my case, it is not quite as pronounced as this picture, but it looks like they have had partial facial paralysis, with one half of the lips closed.
It drives me crazy
