Does the passive ability "Eternal Mountain" affect the ultimate for Earthen Heart?

Eternal Mountain is the one that increases durations by 10%? I believe that applies to the ultimate as well.

Yes it's the one that does increase the duration. It doesn't specify if it affects the ultimate or not.
