So, I have been noticing that almost every piece of jewelry from veteran dungeons and what not do not have any traits on them, and are instead just enchanted. Where should a v10 get jewelry from?
It should still have some sort of inherent stat, + to magick/health/stam etc. Then add a Glyph to it so it does what you need. For example, taking a necklace with +64 magicka and adding a glyph of 15 magicka reduction.
Alternately find a set you like, for me it's Warlock, get the vet equivalent and between 2 rings and a neck, you have it.

The warlock set is a VR1 set which for various builds becomes useless later on. The only VR10 set jewels are from the Unassailable set. You still can't enchant them as you want though.
