Experience from grey quests

I have a few grey quests on my list that i was thinking of doing for story purposes but i am afraid of over leveling my character even more than he already is. So i wanted to know if grey quests give on completion the same set amound of experience or perhaps less or even no experience. If the last is true then maybe i can leave side quests for later so that i dont over level the main quests to much (those are my favorite and i like them to be somewhat challenging). My question is only about the experience we get upon quest completion.

Kililin✭✭✭✭You get Veteran Points for them, so you could hold onto them until VR, the risk to overlevel Veteran Content is very low. In fact you will probably be happy to have a few points extra then.0
