says 'damage increased significantly'

anyone on pts know what the 'new' damage actually looks like?

right now mine is sitting at around 203 magic damage over 12 seconds (1700 magicka)

    I too would like to know this. Also, it says the cost was significantly decreased as well, I wonder to how much.
