I was just wandering around Cyrodill and happened across a neat talking broken statue at Fanacasecul. Any tips if this place is significant at all? Maybe for Blacksmiths?

moonio✭✭✭✭I came across the broken statue yesterday, it was really intriguing.. apparently I have to tell a sculpture or mason about it if I come across one in the game so it can be fixed and the soul that's trapped in freed???
I have no idea what happened to be honest as it was pretty surreal and bizarre..Just a poor healer from Glenumbra..0 -
