How to make dark/siphoning caster

So guys it would be really cool to be able to play the dark/evil/assassin caster in ESO. How would you experienced players go about this, and to also make it viable.
So I am guessing you start with nightblade as your class. Focus on siphoning, shadow, destro staff, dual wield, vampire, and light/medium armors. Not really sure.
Would like a more experienced player to give me some insight on this. If it is even viable.
