With the credible nerf to the speed of elusive mist, would it be of greater worth to take poison mist for PVP?

Poison mist is broken. It only ticks 3 times instead of 8 for a whopping 60dps...

Once the game is out of beta, most of these bugs will be fixed....oh wait! NM.
