I was watching a developer video about groups and they said everyone gets 10% exp bonus. But they didn't go into a lot of detail. So if we are grouped, in different zones and have a big lvl difference does the bonus still work?
Not a Dev, but group bonus usually only works if you are close and kill the same stuff. So for instance, you cant kill something at the west of the map, while someone is at the east and another at the south and still get the bonus
Also the level difference usually matters, but I don't know in which way here at Eso. At WoW it was 9 levels I believe?

Has any of this been verified? And if so what are the ranges? As an example my friend and I finish a dungeon and zone out. While he goes afk at the entrance I head to the next area whacking stuff on the way. At what point does the group xp stop?
Also does group xp affect quest turn ins? Would we get more xp grouped and turn in at the same time as opposed to turn in same quest solo?
My friend and I group most of the way to V1 and seriously over leveled the zones while another friend went solo and struggled to get levels before finishing main quest line.
Tl;dr: what are the parameters for getting group xp?
You sure you didn't see something about the Rings of Mara? It's a bonus with the Imperial Edition that lets you go through a marriage ceremony with another player and you both get a 10% XP bonus when you group together.
I don't always drink Skooma, but when I do I go to the Southwall Corner Club. May you walk on warm sands my friends.
