About Group Finder Tool

Hello everyone! I was thinking about group finder. Didn't find a better place to write this.

Not many uses Group Finder tool to find a group. And this is a main problem. Most of the people just Yelling in zone chat.

I think we need some kind of prizes for using Find a group tools. Then people will use it to find a group. Like some money prize, or some chests with some kind of loot.

What do you think guys??

People don't use the tool because half the time it doesn't work.
It's a broke ass piece of *** just like everything else.
Even if it manages to put together a group, it buggs the party and removes the leader, and buggs everyone in the party so they cannot make a new group after they leave unless they invite more than one person to form a group, and the person that was invited second, accepts it before the person that was invited first.

So yea.

I don't think giving people a price for queuing is the right way. A lot of players will then use the tool just because of these prices. This happens a lot at World of Warcraft as example.

There you get points if you use the tool, which results in a hostile group experience if things don't go very smooth and fast. Some people see that price as a "price / hour" task, they want as much of that bonus as possible and they will rush dungeons and demand that every group formed is also rushing.

I think it is much better to actually have the group tool as a voluntary system, where you can use the tool or your guild and in both ways you will have the same reward.

What you notice about "not many using it" can be explained by the fact that the tool is not always perfectly working (you can swap your role at any time, so that players queue as tank to get in a group and then pretend they queued as DPS). Besides that not many are at VR content yet, so the amount of players ready for these dungeons is quite small.

I am sure in one or two months, the tool will be used much more

People are required to spam zone chat because you can't sign up for dungeons if you missed them earlier. I'm V1 and already can't use it anymore for Vaults of Madness (Coldharbour dungeon).
