Microsoft Voice Recognition does not appear to dictate my text into the chat window. Does anyone know of another program that will allow me to dictate text into ESO? For example, Dragon Naturally Speaking has "Dragon Gaming Speech Pack" that works with some games. Does anyone know if Dragon Gaming Speech Pack works with ESO?
