Character's and Skill Points

Hi guys, first off... me and the wife are really loving the game. Currently at V2 and moving along slowly

Couple of questions that have been on my mind though:

1) Will there be a way in the future where we can view our characters online so bored people at work (like me) can view our characters and micro-manage them from the planes beyond Tamriel?

2) With the addition of Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild soon, this means more skill points to put in skill trees. Has there been any thought put into an easier way to re-distribute our points into new and exciting builds than just clearing them all out and starting fresh?

1) Maybe?

2) I assume that the addition of those guilds will include the addition of even more skill points. So this is kind of moot.

Yeah, I have fooled around with that some. I tend to forget a thing or two that I have points in but overall is does help pass the time and give me ideas for my tanky swap set. Thanks!
