Eastmarch - Mistwatch and Skuldafn issues

Hello there. Ok so i've been searching the forums about these two and no one gave a helping answer in none of the threads i found. They all say it's simple, in order to enter these 2 areas just follow the zone/main quest. BUT, thing is i'm Veteran rank 4 and got passed Eastmarch and these zones are still black on my map Now i decided to return to the areas that i havent completed 100%

So how is this possible?? i think they are connected to each other once you completed Mistwatch a quest for Skuldafn appears but i don't know where to get these quest...

Help would be very appreciated. No one answers in zone chat every1 is busy selling and buying

EDIT : i've checked Esohead, Eastmarch map, all quest givers and still nothing

If I remember correctly, you get there by following the Jorunn/Skald King quest line from Fort Amol and surrounding areas.

To get to Mistwatch you have to complete the Lifeline quest given to you at Fort Amol.
