Questions about veteran content

Just a couple quick Qs about veteran content.

1) I am VR2. I noticed that killing VR2 mobs does not yeild more experience than killing VR1 mobs. Is this consistent throughout all the veteran ranks?

2) I also noticed that Cadwell has specific objectives you must achieve. Do you have to achieve these objectives before you advance to the next zone? Do you have to achieve all of Cadwell's objectives before you advance to the next faction?

1) I don't count XP, but I think it scales at each rank. So quests of any level grant the same XP reward at VR. No idea if kills scale too.

2) You can go to the next zone (usually) without finishing Cadwell's objectives, but you can't advance to the next faction without finishing them all.

From my experience.....Not only do you need to finish Cadwells objectives but you will have to run every other side quest and dungeon/dolmen on the map to get the XP required to get you to the next vet level.

Now if I am doing it wrong...I'd sure like to be clued in lol

you are right Zakua, have to do the whole thing to get the right amount of xp to hit the lvl either right before you enter the zone or pretty close.

the last two vr zones I have done, I hit the lvl right after with only doing like 1-3 dolmens

1) Quest XP scales with VR rank (go back and do a low-level quest as a Vet, you'll still get a ton of XP from it). Right now mob XP is so low at veteran levels it isn't really relevant if it scales or not. According to the 1.1 patch notes it will go up a bit.

2) You need to finish Cadwell's objectives to move on to the next faction, but you can jump between zones in the first faction without completing all of the objectives in the previous zone.

happy that I could help you with your blog, looks great, and will surely help others, great seeing people taking thier times out to help others like that for sure.

I dont even know what AOHW and Shadow Hour is, so thats probably not me
