Quick Siphon morph give permanent 100% healing bonus on self from all heals. bugged?

The resto staff ability "quick siphon", a morph of force siphon, seems bugged. It currently gives the player 100% increased healing on self from all heals in the game when cast on any enemy/monster nearby, even if you dont attack the monster. A templar heal will heal for 1600 instead of 800 on self.
Is this a bug or just very OP?

Its a bug ofc, like the several other bugs u can exploit atm.
So have fun using it and we can only hope, they fix most of the exploitable bugs before craglorn. I doubt they will fix all, so i expect a leader-board reset a couple of weeks after its release.Edited by Andy22 on May 13, 2014 4:25PM0
