Duel Wield - Rapid Strikes/Blinding Flurry delay bug

I saw someone post the other day about duel wield not working because of the delay on Rapid strikes/Blinding Flurry. What I found was that this bug is only on Blinding Flurry. Rapid Strikes works just fine.

I think the blinding flurry bug has to do with the off balance mechanic. I suggest you only use rapid strikes until this is fixed.

Rapid strikes actually slows down your attack speed instead of increasing it when you reach rank 2. : /

Really? Is that what has been happening to me? It's been driving me crazy. Sometimes when I press flurry (rapid strikes) it takes a bit of a delay before it goes off and then also my attacks go really super slow in combat sometimes. I wish I knew that Flurry was broken before.

Well, I'm a DK actually, but I do use dual wield.

everything slightly related to melee is broken . All of it the whole damn thing. The only thing remotley functioning is bow and shield bash spam. The highest single target melee dps ingame. How about thos ridiculously small hit boxes on large bosses. Bow gets a bit more simply by default of not having to move
