Free Firsthold

Is there a quest to liberate Firsthold? I never got one when I was in that area. And now, at lvl 38 I decided to find out if there's a quest I missed. But I can't find anything. I tried both on Internet and here at the forum, but no luck.
If there's a quest, who/which is the questholder or where can I find it?

It's part of Auridon's main quest. Have you been through Skywatch yet and done the main quest from there?

Well, I must have lost it on the way somewhere since all of Auridon except Firsthold is covered and I'm now in Malabal Tor and almost finished. I know I had some trouble with a freezing game before recent patches. Maybe I lost the quest then.
My plan is to "clean up" dungeons and ruins I've missed earlier, but for Firsthold I need to pick up the quest again. But where can I find it? And is it possible?

It's continued on from Queen Ayrenn's quest. If you've completed all her quests in Vulkel Guard, I think the next place is Tanzelwil, then Mathiisen, then Skywatch. The Skywatch quest leads you to Firsthold. Razum-dar is the guy to look for. http://dulfy.net/2014/03/30/eso-auridon-quest-guide/
