Getting stats from ESO to spreadsheet

I keep looking for addon's that give you the ability to export stats and info from the game into a text file or data file of some sort. I have seen the GuildMarketExporter and thought there most be away to have a similar addon that puts more info into the exported file such as inventory data, combat stats, level progression info...etc. I have this spreadsheet that kind of helps me organize my thoughts about the game and I could see it being super helpful to get updated info from text files to update my spreadsheet with periodically.
Anybody have any suggestions or know of such an addon?
