Harvest ratio for inferior-superior crafting material in zone

Yesterday, for example, the spidersilk to ebonthread ratio in the Rift was about six. Earlier today, it was 10. Now I can hardly find any ebonthread at all.
This isn't an issue on Bleakrock Isle, Balfoyen, and Stonefalls because all they have is Jute. I sometimes go back to Bleakrock Isle to harvest along the Jute Trail (if you started Pact and did the beginner island, then You Know Where It Is. If you don't, go back there and watch all the sorcerer types chasing each other from the Deathclaw Lair to Skyshroud Barrow. The reason for a high leveler to go back there is to load up on stuff to refine so we can get HEMMING out of it.
Anyway, I think the ratio should be changed so that the better material pops maybe one third as often as the inferior stuff.

I believe (and could be wrong) that it is a ratio of spidersilk to ebonthread throughout the entire zone. Just because you are only finding one, doesn't mean someone else isn't. Or perhaps someone found a lot of the spidersilk, but the ebonthread was tucked off in a corner somewhere so it wasn't spawning other places until found.0
