Set Bonus Changes

Anyone got a link to the 1.1 Set Bonus Changes, in terms of scaling, fixes and adding 5 piece bonuses to the crafted sets?

People are talking about the changes but can't see anything calling them all out in the patch notes.

Has anyone seen the info put up on a real ESO source. I just find that a lot of what is put up on TF to be wrong.
