Veteran ranks effective gain?

I just went from VR1 to VR2 and I saw no increase in my stats.
(I thought I was supposed to get +10 on stats. for each rank)
Did I miss something or are all VR ranks the same level of Health Stamina, Magicka?

'Clever' sigs get old real fast - just like this one.

As I understand you don't get stat increase from veteran rank increase.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
