Belarata not explored?

So I did the quest there for the Khajiit and the poem with the sword but Belrata still isn't filled in and disappears from my map when I get to close and it's really bugging me, did I miss something?

This has been bugged for some time; can't recall what Search will give you, but there are a few other threads I believe (well at least one long one)) with others stating that they have this issue.

I had a long back-and-forth conversation with CS and for the most part the answer I got can be summed up as: Simply wait for a future fix.

Belarata is not the only location where there is no completion/exploration update; I have found this general issue very common. I hope my answer helps.

You should still put a ticket in if you haven't though; it never hurts to know that on record, you did report this along with the many others who are getting this bug.

But like I stated in my previous post, this won't be the last time you'll encounter this bug - prepare yourself for other locations not showing up as explored and maybe a few sub-achievements not showing (with future play), yet the achievement itself will register.

I guess so, but this makes the explorer in me very sad, I try to discover everything regardless of whether or not I'm actually going to do(Like those world bosses, even though they're still black I like to know where it's at) it's just the fact that when I get too far away the icon disappears.

Yup, that is normal with that bug with Belarata - it sucks because I'm really OCD with trying to get as many achievements as possible, but at the moment, there just won't be a fix until a future date when other things are ironed out.

This is a bummer, can't get a complete on this hub (not even showing 'explored').

You won't see it for a good amount of time unfortunately; make a note of it and wait for some months.
