[SOLVED] Need help to reach EAST in Eastmarch

Hello there. ok so my journal says i got 40/46 quests in Eastmarch. i'm guessing there are some on the far east part of the zone that is behind the mountains, but i don't know how to get there...
Jorunn's Stand campfire si still black for me on my map so i'm guessing i can get past those mountains by doing some quests there. BUT i've ''horsed'' aroung that are alot and no quest giver pops up
If anyone could help me i'l really apreciate it. i've searched on youtube as well but nothing. thank you.

If you are talking about "Skuldafa" it is part of a main story quest. King gets poisoned, the cave leading there is just east of "Mzulft" the Dwarven dungeon.Hells Bell___________________Highelf Sorc
