Finished Main Quest do not know how to access Vet zones

I finished up my main quest for Ebonheart Pack. Now I should be able to access zones in other alliances to level, but where. How does one get to these zones. We have no way shrines to access and there is no portals in the harborage. Is this possibly broken for me or do I need to a specific spot to depart to these lands for the 1st time? Any that could explain would certainly help.
