"It's Here!"

Ok, this audio in Riften is driving me crazy!
No matter where I go some guy blurts out "It's Here!"

Whats here?
Who are you?
Are you referring to me as an "it"
Where are you??

I play with surround headphones, so sometimes it sounds like the voice is coming from right next to me or from another room, or down the street. No matter where I am in Riften, this stalker follows

Anyone else run into this? I'm starting to bristle when someone in real life says "It's here!"

Yes, there are countless of very annoying audio throughout the land

People are farming zombies, and that NPC says it every time the zombie spawns (I think).
The other day I was in Riften and they were saying it every 2 seconds, literally. Something's got to change.

Speaking of audio, they really need to beef up the speech before anchors drop. It kind of sounds like someone reading a newspaper out loud!

Aha! Ok, that explains it .. guess they throw the audio out across the city in case you care
