Huge Latency (over 10 seconds) Since 5/7

Putting this out there in case others are having similar issues. I played this game nightly since prelaunch, undetectable latency/lag until the night of 5/7. I'm on NA server, Win 7, and am now getting random latency of up to 10 seconds or more. I can see when it's happening because my pet stays put while I move forward. The game is unplayable. Happening in instances and open world, multiple zones.
+Only using 4 add-ons, all up to date and even tried disabling all of them. No luck.
+ESO and launcher added to firewall and virus protection.
+Port forwarding enabled.
+Reset router just in case although no other devices or services are having issues.
+Drivers/OS up to date.
Any known issues out there? Like I said, played for 30+ days straight, minor hiccups but no issues. Thanks for help, this is going to get old fast.
