well yay, my first tiny rage complaint.
so today my card was charged for the next month, something that i would have done anyway, but since we did get 5 days extra now i knew i could spend some extra and not have to worry that the charge would happen until Tuesday\Wednesday.
But since they charged today i cant afford even a soda this weekend and its not really a point in asking for the money back since if i did it they wouldn't get here until over the weekend when i get payed anyway. so you kinda ruined my weekend here now.
other than that i think its good that you gave us 5 days extra for downtime and stuff but don't charge until those 5 days are over then love the game will continue to play for a long time most likely ^^

✭✭✭So you are complaining that they maxed out the only credit card you had that was not maxed out by taking out $15 because you usually rely on the last $15 on that Credit Card for weekend soda?

Kreager✭✭✭When did you start playing. I started on the 4th of april and they gave me 5 day billing me on the 9th(Today). Also I see alot of confused people who think they got 3 free days at release. That simply was not the case, ZOS gave everyone 72 hours to input their game key if they purchased the retail box, but billing still began on the 4th.Edited by Kreager on May 9, 2014 10:40AM0 -
Syntse✭✭✭✭✭Well for me at least the 30 days + 5 days ended today and I was charged normally. However I was one of the unfortunates that made subscription plan early as there were 3 extra days for early access which I lost because of subscribing early.

Creepsley✭✭✭hehe well i have the imperial edition activated at first chance, and well normally i do have more money but its been one of those months hehe and yea i only had about 15$ left on my credit card, us students arent the richest of people before the next payday hehe. just needed to get it out there :P since i had plans on spending those last ones on chips and soda and just game all weekend, i have got food though XD1

Yeah been there when I was younger. You should try getting Game Cards, you can get them online for 22 euro, a bit less than what 2 full months cost0 -

I think that his cash flow management is none of your bussiness.
But I can give you an example. I keep only small ammount of money on my account and the rest I place on the one which gives me better rates for profit. I don't know how are these accounts called in english. Savings or something like that perhaps.
So if someone charge me earlier than I was counting with and on friday it may lead to situation where I can not access more money for the whole weekend...
But no worries, I always have backup for such case. But someone who is student... Well he may not have backup solution.
In overall he is just right. They should charge you money when it is appropriete.
Also let me tell you that here it is not normal to prepay phone services, internet services, pretty much we do not pay for anything in advance. Therefore prepayment of game is silly completely. But I do respect it and pay it. Another country, another rules. This has to be followed.4 -

Yes. The OP is making me very confused.
Also, I think that it's absolutely fair to question someone's money management if a $15.00 charge renders them destitute. If it were an issue of having money in a different account, they could just move the money.Edited by nerevarine1138 on May 9, 2014 1:00PM----

I certainly haven't been told of any change to my payment date, so I know it is coming out and when. Being given 5 free days is irrelevant.

Vexian✭✭Yeah I think the OP is a bit confused too. The official launch day was 4/4/14 so the first billing day would have been 5/4/14. But due to the bonus 5 days of play time the payment day was pushed to 5/9/14 (today).
What I am thinking is he pre-ordered the game and got 3 or 5 days of early access but didn't get start playing till on or after the launch day. If that is the case then those early access days won't count towards free time to play anymore.1 -

Money's been tight for me before, but those tend to be the times that I don't pay for an MMO subscription. The OP's entire complaint is that he hasn't got enough money to buy a soda (another unnecessary purchase, but let's ignore that). It's more than fair to question how a $15.00 charge for a luxury item could put him in this state.----
