Rune locations in shadowfen or Deshaan

Can anyone post a screenshot of their harvest map of shadowfen or deshaan so I can find where the rune nodes spawn please. I'm VR2, but my enchanting has not lvled past shadowfen lvl so I need to go back to farm some potency runes. Thanks.

Alephen✭✭✭best advice i can give is to d/l the harvester addon, so when you find one it gets logged. combined with minimap it is quite useful.0 -

So, let me see if I have grasped the basis of your request...
1) You are VR2.
2) You want to farm runes in Deshaan (L15-24) and Shadowfen (L25-32), so areas roughly 20 or so levels below you.
3) The mobs in these areas are very unlikely to be a challenge to you.
4) You obviously didn't search for rune locations in any sort of exhaustive fashion, as some of us have, because you are asking for them.
So in fact what you are saying is that for little-to-no investment of time you want to be able to speed through these zones stripping them of potency runes, that people within the level ranges might want, at a speed that others cant match while using information they have shared with you to do it.
Is that about right or am I missing something?3 -

Perhaps you don't understand how leveling enchanting works.

2. Yes, farm runes from rune nodes, it is 20 lvls lower than my combat lvl.
3. I wouldn't be killing mobs

These runes ARE within my level range. I am only lvl 19 enchanting. you seem to think that only the lvl 20-30s in showdowfen/deshaan are entitled to these runes. I am VR2, I didn't take the oportunity when I was lvl 20-30 to farm the enchanting runes because I wasn't an enchanter at the time. So now you think that I am not entitled to the lvl 3 or 4 potency runes because they are for lvl 20-30 combat people? I need them too.2 -

No, you don't need them. You want them. You have already proven that you don't need them because you levelled past the. Quite speedily it seems.
These runes are not of immediate use to your character, except for levelling enchantment. They are useful for the people within the lvl 20-30 combat range because they apply to items in that range.
Suggesting you wouldn't be killing mobs only furthers my point. You would be clearing runes that you would like for levelling your Enchantment crafting skill that could be used by people who could use them for not only that but also to help them through the content they are currently levelling though.
No, I do not believe that you are not entitled to the lvl 3-4 potency runes because of your level. I believe that you should not be given an unfair advantage in your attempt to deprive others of them.0 -

You say that you have been an enchanting obsessed character, but you don't understand how it works. I need the lvl 4 potency runes from Shadowfen because that is the highest level I can use. I would love to farm runes in my area, but I can't use them. If I deconstruct glyphs from my area, which are rare to get anyways, I can't use those potency runes either. You clearly don't understand how to lvl enchanting using runes if you think I can just harvest from a VR2 node and get the lvl 4 potency rune that I can use. I'm glad that you choose to come on here and pretend like you have an opinion that matters. If your points made any sense, I would understand, but you don't get THESE ARE MY LEVEL RUNES! They benefit me as much as any other. I DO need them to level up enchanting.2 -

Nope. I didn't say that. I didn't even imply it.
Here is the tl;dr version just so you can't go on creatively misrepresenting my position:
1) Feel free to download Harvestmap (or whatever else) and search for and collect as many runes in Deshaan and Shadowfen as you like.
2)Do what the rest of us did, search the map, retrace your steps 3-4 times just in case there was a node that had already been mined when you passed.
3) Level your Enchanting.
What I argued against is the same thing I have been arguing against in this thread from the beginning that is:
Why do you want to use someone elses Harvestmap to do this?
Your post seems to all based in a single point of view, yours. It is about what you want and what you need. My posts have been about the effects a high level player using a map of all of the rune spawn locations will have on other players in the area when you deplete an already rare resource.
But hey, if you would prefer to shout, make ad hominem suggestions and base entire posts on things that were never said... take all the time you like.0 -
