Lore Library "Notes and Memos" - how to pickup?

I just noticed that the notes that I can read (glowing papers) could also be registered in Lore Library, but I got no idea how to do this.
I can only click on them with E - Examine and then I can read the note and have only two keys Exit and some key that I can assign, but it does not pickup the note also.
I tried a lot of keys and somehow can not make notes to be registered in Lore Library. Lore books just go into Lore Library automatically when I open them.
Someone can give me a hint?

Laerian✭✭✭You don't picik up non lore books or notes.
There is a hability gained later called Eidetic Memory that is supposed to have all the rest notes and books you have read.
Also, there is an addon called Librarian that registers every note.0 -
KariTR✭✭✭✭✭Not everything you read is part of the "Lore Library" but, when you open something to read that is, it will automatically be entered; you don't need to do anything else.
Incidentally, if you open your journal (J), there is a tab on the top right that lists the lore books and allows you to reread those you have collected.
ETA: Other books can grant you skill levels, or map locations you haven't come across on your travels and again these are granted automatically a book is opened/note is examined.Edited by KariTR on May 8, 2014 11:38AM0 -
Turial✭✭✭Yup yup, both these guys have it. Only the glowing blue lore books will disappear from the game world when you read them (this is how you advance the mages guild skill line) but notes and regular books you see lying around stay in the world and are not saved anywhere. As mentioned you can download the 'Librarian' addon and read all of the notes/books in the game if you really wish to

in KHENARTI's ROOT there is Mistral Treasury building and note on desk is "Increased Bandit Activity".
Then please open Journal / Lore Library / Notes and Memos - I got 0/108 in them, but I can find "Increased Bandit Activity" note on the list.
It is strange than on VR I got still 0 of them read (I got few lore books collections already completed).0
