Need help with Veteran Zones

My DK started out as a Tank (all heavy one hand and shield) and secondary went for two handed (some DPS and CC).

No matter what i go for, changed up from a high HP tank with 10-29-10 then switching it up to 0-29-20 for DPS melee (two handed and dual wielding).

Also switched to 20-29-0 for Magic DPS, no matter which path i go for, i just do not deal enough damage and my character dies in a heart beat.

I even tried all 49 into health, still go down very quickly. From level 1-49 it was fun, you were OP at times and occasional challenges. Now im just going down so much, switching my tactics has almost no effect.

Any advice for Veteran zones?
mDKs still need a lot of love!

Avoid fights, not kidding :) The exp you get from quests is far superior and if you are actually stuck on a quest then group up, I suppose they want to entice you to group with others so by the time you are VR10 and into the vet zones like craglorn oyu will know how to join a group and work with others, it does seem a tad crazy, the leap in difficulty, but I welcome it.

What vet zone have you started in, perhaps I can group with you some evening to help. So yeah, just avoid fights as much as you can and you have a horse by this point, run around and get the waypoints and skill shards so you can level up skills you did not have previously.

I think you have not been on the internet long enough until you have been rick-rolled.

    Greetings!

I have just unlocked vet zones and would like to find a leveling partner. I am EP so will be doing DC vet zone first. If you are also in DC vet zone shoot me a mail/tell and maybe we can work together. In-game name is @steerpike1979‌ Thanks and good luck regardless!

Youll need self healing for veteran mode. Being a DK, you shouldnt have a problem once you have your spec sorted out. Head over to the DK sub forum and also Tamrielfoundry.com to look over some specs.

Im not a DK, but I hear people talk about Green Dragon Blood and Inhale non stop. Might want to look into those.
