Best Templar Build?

I've been checking online for a good Templar build, including armor, but haven't found any good guides. Must suggest using two of the same type of weapon, but never really focus on armor type, etc.

There is a surprising lack of builds being posted. TESO, Tamriel Foundry and reddit all have some builds. These forums could really use a Builds board.
