Auction House Idea

How about this for an Auction House
A complete zone, dedicated solely for trading.
This would kind of be like a wall street area for ESO, make it in the base of some huge mountain, put goblins/some other lore friendly race in charge of it outside of the three factions and set it up in a certain way.
Only allow reagents/crafting materials to be sold on the ticker/auction board
have a separate area where people have to peddle their goods at the cost of renting a space to stand and sell their wares.
What do you guys think of this?
Im thinking like a world trade center more than an auction house.
Edit: You could also set it up possibly so that the proceeds from the AH are sent to controlling faction of each campaign. Kind of a deeper incentive.

Avidus✭✭✭Some of your idea's are not bad.
But I fear it would get a bit out of hand. While is sounds like fun, players would not doubt destroy it.
I like this idea of the auction board.
I can imagine it as a live-bidding type deal, an actual auction.
I would love to see ZoS holding auctions for rare items or unique items for huge, huge prices. things like trophies or costumes, vanity pets etc. nothing that would benefit the player, just lore-friendly cosmetic fun things.0
