Seducer Set Question

Does anyone know if the Seducer Set reduces the cost of an Ultimate use as well as spells? I've heard that it does even though the text on it reads as reducing spells.

It does. All my Templar Ultimates have the reduced cost with this set, quite noticeable with expensive skills like Nova.

Rly I had not noticed this. I would have said no as other skills like light armor do not. Going to have to test this.
