Hadn't seen this till yesterday but I noticed several times in different areas(on different characters) a train of 6 to 8 players running in a tight line still wearing their n00b clothing. After the second time I followed the 3rd group and when they hit the NPC to turn in a quest (i am assuming that's what they did) they all leveled at about the same time then took off toward another turn in. Not once did I see them actually do anything (they probably had early) like kill the mobs attacking them instead they just kept running to next destination.
