Vamp ultimate cost (post patch)

I'm having trouble getting an answer to this (I suppose because the patch is still new and so much disinfo):

What is the ultimate reduction on Bat Swarm at the various vampiric stages now? I'm at stage 4 and it still costs me 200. Is that intended/normal?

Sorry, I'm new to trying vamp and am a bit confused wight he old vs. new info.

It's old bug. After changing zone or relogging to the game, you need to feed and drop your Stage to 3 to reset it. And reduction per stage is nowadays 7%, so 21% at Stage 4.

It's lovely how they managed to pull off Vampire nerf's but didn't fix any of the bugs.

So you have to do that every time you switch zones? How do you ever keep it at level 4?

@Exivus1. Yes if you desire to keep the bonus. And try not to swap zone that often, I guess.

A bit annoying for those who have limited amount of game time.
