Getting to coldharbour

So I haven't touched the main story line, and I need to get to coldharbour now, although when I go to do the main story line I am able to do one quest then the prophet tells me he needs rest and to return later. I need those quests now. How am I suppose to get this guy to give them to me? Or an alternative way to coldharbour.

It's pretty much every five ... 5, 10, 15, ...
He will "speak" to you when he is ready, and I believe are in the main city area.

Heraclea✭✭✭I got into Coldharbor despite being stuck on the Lyris doppelganger in the main quest. Instead, I got handed a quest to go there automatically after I finished both the Fighters and Mages Guild questlines for Earth Forge and Eyevea.Hircine loves me, this I know,
