Dark Brotherhood / Shadowscales / Morag Tong

I was wondering, when the Dark Brotherhood is finally introduced, will there be division and options for different races? Because i'm an argonian night blade, and I picked this set up not only cause I like argonians and the night blade style, which i do, but also because the idea, the lore, and the style of the shadowscales has always been one of my favorite regarding ESO lore.
My point is, are we gonna be able to chose from these different types of assassin groups or is it just gonna be Dark Brotherhood and Night Mother for everyone!

Shadowscales and Darkbrotherhood are the same thing, the shadowscales throughout Shadowfen even refer to the nightmother often, more often then Sithis even, aswell as the argonians in the Graymire revere the nightmother, shadowscales are simply an argonian sect who are born into the dark brotherhood, most likely as revenge against the dark elves for enslaving them, enemy of my enemy is my friend and all that. And Morag Tong is exclusively Dunmer, so more than likely, it's Dark Brotherhood for everyone, otherwise the only alternative to the DB would be linked to the Ebonheart Pact and that is unacceptable, unless we want to give all the factions their own separate assassin storyline(The Daggers, The Eyes, and the Morag Tong.) but I would rather we just get the Dark Brotherhood and the NPC's within recognize us as members of the above, and dunmer characters are looked at with suspicion while argonians are welcomed with open arms, kind of a reverse to Deshaan and Stonefalls.

Shadowscales are born under the sing of Shadow, taken at birth and trained until they reach adulthood. You don't just walk in and join. This is out of the question. But even so, they join the ranks of Dark Brotherhood when they grow up, so it'd be DB for you one way or another.
