i,m now vet 5 and i've already made my feelings clear about vet mode in general. However here's something ive noticed and why i think its getting worse.
i find that each vet lvl i feel i have less and less resource to finish fights with. more and more i need pots to bail me out.
when you were levelling and the mob level rose with you you could function better as you had one thing you arn't getting in vet mode. incremental stat increase.
This is where just ramping mobs damage and HP as a means to re-issue other factions content and making you level up some more without actually wanting to call it such unravels.
without the stat increase at level up you can only increase resource and power to counter the mobs increased HP and power with the enchants on your armour. now the diffrence in stat bonus from vet level to vet level is miniscule. so each vet level we dont really get more powerfull but the mobs we fight do. This just shows me it is a bad design choice.
of course if they added attribute points at level up for vet mode then it would be obvious what it was and why not just call it extra levels.
I just dont like how making mobs need more resource to kill and starving me of those resources is supposed to be a quality way to make me play 2 third of the game.
anyone else feel the resource squeezing in vet mode?
