What I love about MMORPG's is the raiding atmosphere. Getting together with a group of friends and tackling the hardest content a game has to offer. I want something so challenging it takes weeks to figure out. Basically, I play for the long term rewards.
It just might be then that this is not the game for you. This is TES game and MMO. Was Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim just cave and dungeon raids? No, it was quests and exploring, etc.
What you are looking for is generic MMO with TES environments mainly the caves and dungeons. There is stuff to fix in this game to make it work better yes and also maybe they should take into consideration people play styles as well a bit more.
If this game would be mainly concentrated on grouping and boss raids I would not play this. Since it is more quest oriented and being able to quest together with friends (however this part needs bit improving) I'm loving it. I cant wait to experience the full content and all quests on all factions with added difficulty of VR.

Well WS is coming out in under a month, you can move there and start complaining in their forums instead.m A nice change of pace, I'd say.
@RianaTheBosmer Rude? OP wants us to find a reason to play. Really. Sorry, I don't buy it and what is the valid complain? That he is bored to the point of forcing himself to log on? If I have to get someone to motivate me to play a game, then probably I should move on

"You can start complaining in their forums" is rude.
The valid complaint is that the dungeons need a hell of a lot of work. No doubt about that. His complaint is that he wants to raid and that is a part of every MMO but the dungeons in this game need real work. That is his complaint.
You have a choice (not just in this game but in all of them). You can do a bunch of different quests (which are all similar, but in difference places) OR you can do the same raid over and over and over again which is exactly the same AND in the same place every time. I don't know, I guess it's up to you what you find interesting, but it is going to be the same no matter where you go.
