Player Housing?

So what is the consensus on player housing? Would you like to see it implemented? Maybe a version like Hearthfire where you create your own?
(And for people that say it isn't doable, thats not true, have a walled off section in a major city with a door that leads you to an instanced area that has your house, boom done)
