Ps4 carry over?

When the Game is released for Ps4, will I still posses the same account and character to play with? Or will I have to start a fresh adventure when the time arises?

PC and console accounts and clients are entirely separate from one another. If you get the PS4 game, you'll be paying for a new game and a new subscription. You'll be setting up new characters on a megaserver that is totally distinct from the PC megaserver.
