Vampire Skill line

Sorry for another thread about vampires for starters, getting tired of seeing them as well
I was just wondering, if I chose in the future to visit a Priest, will the skill points that I have invested in this skill line, be reverted?
Even with the neft, im not going normal just yet
Just curious, also because, Im going to become a Werewolf on another toon as well at one point, just to try it, and this is a major deal.
I for one think it would be way to expensive if I have to reset my whole skill line just to get those what 6-8 skill points back (would be like +10.000g) which means each skill point suddenly cost 1200g, since the others skill lines are already tweaked.
