Medium Armour Crafter - Anyone? (NA Server - Any Alliance)

Hiya Everyone! Not sure where to put this.. but I haven't had much luck finding crafter's that work with Medium Armour and have traits researched. It seems like everyone went to research light armour instead.
What I'm Looking For:
Hunding's Rage (6 Traits Researched)
Boots, Legs, Belt, Gloves, Shoulders
Torug's Pact (3 Traits Researched):
Body, Hat.
