No filter for Log in/off - guild members?

I have my chat completely disabled with the exception of the many hundred members logging in and out. It seems to be part of the "systems" category and it is constantly rolling across the screen.

Is there no way to shut those things down?

I believe those are people on your friends list, not guild members.

It would be much less of a problem if people didn't have to maintain so many mule characters just to juggle their inventory ...

Ahhhh. That may be the case. It is very distracting and when trying to play and possibly keep up a convo with a group it gets lost in the constant scrolling of alts and farmers.

You can't turn it off, from what I can tell.

there is an addon x4d or something along those lines that is a chat mod and it has a friends list log on and off off switch. I love it for just that one reason, no more yellow spam every time someone is logging in and out.

you could try just making a new chat tab....then right clicking it and setting it up how you want... system messages only appear in the first tab.

I have almost committed the filters and the tab functions to memory. Although, I thought systems scrolled through the actively opened tab, no matter if it was the first or not.
