[BUG] Mist Form CC Immunity Doesn't Work If Players Use Tab Target

As stated in the title, Mist Form's stated cc immunity does not work if enemy players use the tab targeting highlight.
It can also be interrupted via bash to knock the Mist Form player out of Mist Form by abusing the same functionality.
