Instanced World Dungeon Quests (Is It About Time?)

The long boss spawn timers are leaving us players no choice but to camp a boss for what seems like forever. "What's a measly 5 minute wait?" you say? Well that's what I thought as well, but when the quest boss finally spawned it was destroyed by around 10 of the 15+ players standing around it as the rest of us were not fast enough to tag him. So we waited even longer, grumpy at the other 10 players who didn't simply use their light attacks when asked.

I wanted to see other's opinions on having the option to enter an instanced version of a cave/dungeon. If the boss of a dungeon is part of your quest you will receive a prompt when entering that allows you to solo (along with any party members you may have) or to enter the public version (if you're not confident in your soloing skills). I thought increasing the boss timers would be a great idea but I did not think of the impact it would have on us players. I think its about time Zenimax instanced these quests that require a boss in an open world dungeon. Thoughts?
