Subscription across different platforms

I am loving the game so far but am considering switching over to the ps4 version when it is released. Will I need a seperate sub or would 1 sub cover my account access to both ps4 and pc?

You can't play your PC account on your PS4. It's all separate.
1 subscription only covers 1 account and you'll need 2.
