Cant find Orgnum's Scales craft station.

Can any1 help me find Orgnum's Scales crafting station ?

It is located in Earth Forge, but i was only able locate Kagrenac's Hope there.
Also, it seems that for set with 2 level of bonuses (3 and 5 items) all the 3 item bonuses have been removed or it is some sort of bug ?

It actualy appears to be in "Preasure Room III" A door at the left side BEFORE you enter the tunnel to Earth Forge12
